Good Survival Kit

Good book, well structure and straight to the point. Content flow is good on subject with good explanation of categories, topic definition, case scenarios, and applicable to real world experience. Author's reference material is well cited. This is a must have for high school and college student, beginning to high level managers, those seeking negotiation and counseling skills. If you have a need for a career building kit, this is it.

well organized book with excellent instructional resources

very well organized book on managing conflict. Has useful power points, quizzes, and instructional materials for classroom instruction. The case stories are simplistic. They do illustrate the points the authors wish to make. However, the students became bored with the same cast of characters that were carried throughout the book. Use of real cases and current events would improve instruction.

yes its university standard but also very readable and presented with interesting articles from other people & trick questions etc. very deep & thorough but in normal language colourfully presented, easy to read. highly recommended. i used quotes from it for my uni essay. enjoy!
