A Must-Have for Foodies!

What a truly wonderful book! It is full of clearly written, reliable, and remarkably creative recipes. Personally, I love it when cookbooks have lots of great photos, and CHIPS delivers! So far, the recipes that I have tried, including the lemon-pepper kale chips and the baked ras el hanout apple chips with yogurt dipping sauce, have all been spectacular!
This book will be particularly handy during the holiday season, because many of the chip dishes will be perfect to have on hand as people gather, and invariably need something to nosh on while the the meal is being prepared. The uniqueness, deliciousness, and handmade touch that these recipes promise is sure to bowl over the crowd and make any holiday gathering all the more special.
I think this book would make the perfect host gift or Xmas present because there is something for everybody, at every skill level of cooking, and it is gorgeous to look at too. It's a must-have for foodies!

A small book but full of information...maybe a bit much for those who don't like that much info. We do and what we wanted.

Been playing around with making our own chips for a bit but have yet to dive in....this books seems to be the answer for our concerns and ways to handle different kinds of chip making and vegi's etc. Different approaches for higher sugared foods say spuds verses carrots.
