... this second book to come out for what seems like years.

I've been waiting for this second book to come out for what seems like years....but it's only been a few months! The thriller continues for Chaos and Solomon. And when I say, thriller...I mean some heart pounding, dark, terrifying scenes that make me wish I could do something to save these strong characters. It's probably safe to say, do not read this before bed. The terrifying thing is that some of the things in this book are taken from true events. Lucian writes as if you are going through these things WITH the characters. I felt in and out of consciousness as the emotions where taking hold of me. Sometimes I just had to stop and collect myself before continuing. Yes, it was that powerful! Will Solomon and Chaos EVER escape this nightmare? Will love conquer? Questions about those surrounding Solomon and Chaos creep into this story and I was left suspicious of everyone. The ending....WOW! All I can say is "bring on the 3rd book Mr. Bane!"

Loved this dark and twisted book!

This was so dark and twisted, I still am having a hard time wrapping my head around everything that happened. Just wow no words right now for how seriously twisted and dark this book was and how much I loved how the author Lucian Bane grabs you from the start of this...
There was so much pain in this book between everything Chaos and Solomon go through in this book. The torture and the pain they experienced at the hands of this evil man "master" was so horrible I just can not even imagine ever going through what they did. Which will bring me to my warning that this book is not for the squeamish at all. There will be things described in this book that may be hard for some to read.
Solomon was so strong even with everything he went through. He was also so loving and protective when it comes to Chaos. Then there was poor broken Chaos I just can't even describe how much her character has been through, between the torture and the pain.
I have to say now I loved the way this author wrote these characters and this story. From the start of this book and with the way he writes these characters you feel everything they are going through..Also with the way this story pulls you in and does not let you go.
Which brings me to the end....OMG!!! I just can not even describe what I feel about the ending... No!!! Ugh so many emotions after reading that. I am not going into what happens because that would be a huge spoiler so I will just leave it at I can not wait for the next book!!!!
With this book Lucian Bane will pull you down a dark twisted path full of torture, abuse and very evil people. There will be so many painful moments in this book that seriously brought teats to my eyes while reading this book, but there will also be a few sweet moments between these two characters even with the darkness around them. I want to say I am a huge fan of Dark Romance and horror books so believe me when I say this book has to have been the darkest romance I have read in a very long time and I loved it!

Bane takes a no holds barred approach with this book.

Warning! This book is highly graphic and some parts are disturbing.
Desecrating Solomon is dark, twisted and filled to the brim with suspense. From page one to 174 there is never a down or dull moment. Bane takes a no holds barred approach with this book.
Solomon Jorge is to begin his journey in the desecration of all desecrations. And, Holy HELL, it is intense, scary and mind-bending. The things that Solomon endures in this book will turn your stomach.
The writing is extremely well done. I have read all of the works by this author and can see how his writing has matured and progressed over the course of his career. The events in this novel are vividly depicted creating the perfect scenery for the reader to really get a feel for the story, characters and plot.
I have to give 4 well deserved stars to Desecrating Solomon II and feel that I should justify that scoring because the writing, plot design and character development were great! The author committed to where he felt this story needed to go and pulled out all the stops. I commend him for that and know that there are many readers out there that love this kind of vivid imagery.
For me, the book was more graphic than my personal preference. It went to places that completely twisted my mind around and I came very close to walking away. My personal criteria for a 5 star book would be something that I would love to read and re-read. That is not something I think I could stomach with Part 2 of this story, unfortunately. Maybe that is influenced by my current life situations, but I pride myself on providing an honest review and I have to be able to express my disturbance.
